Garry Gene Porter, 60, of Louisville, KY., formerly of Valparaiso, passed away on October 20, 2017 in Louisville. Garry was born in Valparaiso, the son of Kenneth Porter and Leona (Henderson) Dishman. He enjoyed fishing and riding his motorcycle. Garry is survived by his parents, Kenneth ( Dorothy) Porter, mother Leona Dishman, his daughters, Andrena Righi of Ohio and Chrystal Porter of Arizona. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren. Garry is preceded in death by his wife Elda Porter. A visitation will be held from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Bartholomew Funeral Home, followed by a Funeral Service at 10:30 AM. Entombment at Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso.
