Harry E. Beresford, 73 of Valparaiso, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2013 at the VNA Hospice Center. He was born April 7, 1940 in Aurora, Illinois, the son of Frank Robert and Elvyn (Tinder) Beresford. Harry was a retired Air Force and Marine Corps Veteran and a Security Supervisor. Surviving are his children, David Beresford of DeKalb, IL. Steven Beresford of Valparaiso and Kyla (David) Beresford-Studer of South Bend, 2 grandchildren, 2 great grandsons and a sister Beverly Runkle of Aurora, IL. A Memorial Services will be held Monday, October 7, 2013 at 4:30 PM at Bartholomew Funeral Home, Pastor Mike Eddy officiating. A Memorial Service will also be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at 4:00 PM at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main St. Saint Charles, IL. Interment of cremains will be in River Hills Memorial Park Cemetery in Illinois. Memorial Donations may be made to VNA Hospice, 2401 Valley Dr. Valparaiso, IN. 46383
