Janine A. Chrisman, 59 of Hebron, passed away Friday, September 16, 2016. She was born October 30, 1956 in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the daughter of Robert J. and Sally J. (Davis) Blasi. Janine worked in the Porter County Assessor’s office.  On October 8, 1982 in Illinois, she married Robert P. Chrisman, who preceded her in death. Surviving are her children, Sean Chrisman of Hebron, Rian (Brandon) Gordon of Merrillville and Troy Chrisman of Hebron, a granddaughter Rylee B. Gordon, her mother Sally Blasi of Wisconsin, 2 brothers Craig (Angi) Blasi and Scott (Dee) Blasi of Wisconsin and a sister Roberta (Grant) Young of Minnesota. Her father also preceded her in death. A Memorial Service will be held September 24th, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, 99 S. County Line Road, Crown Point. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
