Gloria J. Kushner passed away on September 4th, 2017. She was born 4/18/39 in Cleveland, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Andrew Kushner. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Ross, Laura Nelson (Jeff), Lisa Scholer (Chuck), and Brothers, Gary Kushner (Lynn) and Gerald Kushner. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Terah, Nichole, Meghan, Andy, Greg, Natalie and Riley. Great grandchildren Dylan, Aislin, Eliza, Celeste, Hudson, Macie and Jada. Gloria attended John Marshall High School in Cleveland, and was a faithful member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church. She attended Kent State University, and taught kindergarten at Lakewood Lutheran School. She retired from Hunt Wesson after working there as an Accounting Clerk for many years. Gloria’s greatest legacy was her love of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an avid reader, and loved to garden. She was a long time resident of Valparaiso, and most recently, West Lafayette, IN. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association or Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Lakeland, Ohio. A family gathering will be held at a later time.
