John L. Johnson, Jr. 63, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018 at the VNA Hospice Center. He was born June 25, 1954 in Rome, Georgia, the son of John L. and Marion Irene (Morgan) Johnson, Jr. John was an industrial painter and a US Army Veteran. Surviving is his wife, Helen M. (Keaton) Johnson, daughter, Rebecca Ross, 8 grandchildren and sisters, Martha Smith and Betty Johnson. He was preceded in death by his son Josh M. Ross, his parents and sisters Thelma Neeley and Joyce Johnson. There will be no services at this time.
