Leta (Stewart) Mabe

Leta Mabe, 82 of Valparaiso, passed away Monday, June 10, 2019. She was born February 17, 1937 in Sparta, Tennessee, the daughter of John and Lily (Anderson) Stewart. Leta worked as a molder at McGill Manufacturing. On July 4, 1956 she married David Mabe, who preceded her in death. Surviving is her daughter Debra Mabe, a grandson, a great grandson, a sister Gladys Johnson and many nieces and nephews that dearly loved her. She was also preceded in death by her parents, daughter Diana, sister Joyce Lawrence and 2 brothers Charles and Fred Stewart. Visitation will be held Friday, June 14, 2019, 1-3 PM at Bartholomew Funeral Home, 102 Monroe St, Valparaiso. Funeral Services will be at 3:00 PM Friday following visitation. Burial in Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso.
