Michael W. Gerberick, 61 of Crown Point and Rockford, IL, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017. He was born February 22, 1956 in Gary, the son of Paul A. and Nadine M. (Johnson) Gerberick. He was a land surveyor with ARC Design in Rockford, Illinois, past owner of Tri County Surveying and was a member of Illinois Professional Land Surveyors Association and the Indiana Professional Land Surveyors Association N.W. Chapter. Surviving are his sisters, Dorothy (Tom) Mroz of Chico, CA. and Marilyn (Ron) Stuckert of Crown Point and Richard (Kelly) Gerberick of The Woodlands, TX. and 4 nieces and their families. He was preceded by his parents and a sister Barbara Gerberick. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 13, 2017, 3-8 PM at Bartholomew Funeral Home, 102 Monroe Street, Valparaiso. Funeral Services will be Friday, July 14, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Bartholomew Funeral Home, Joseph Bingham officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso. Memorial Donations may be made to Swedish American Regional Cancer Center.
