Carolyn Roubideaux

Carolyn Roubideaux, 83, of Valparaiso, Indiana passed away on June 17th, 2023. Carolyn was born in Valparaiso and attended Banta School and Valparaiso High School. 

She retired from Valparaiso University after working for 25 years in the student union kitchen as "The Salad Lady". Carolyn was a dedicated employee who was loved by everyone she worked with. 

Carolyn was survived by her husband of 23 years, Felix Roubideaux, and her sons David Stout of Indiana (p: Melissa), Michael Stout of Florida, and Russell Stout (w:Sherri) of Arizona. She had 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four children, Steven Stout, Robin Stout, Tracey Stout, and Shawn Stout, as well as her siblings, Robert Chester, Kenneth Chester, Phyllis Stoddard, and Eva Suckow.

In her free time, Carolyn enjoyed crocheting, sightseeing, word search puzzles, and Mahjong. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Valparaiso.
