We are sad to announce that Christian G. Brewer passed away on May 3, 2021 in

Valparaiso, Indiana. He missed his beloved wife, Jane Ryan, who died in September, 2020 and his family takes comfort in the fact he is vacationing with her in the heavens.

Chris grew up with his family in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Always a free spirit, as a child he could be found sitting in on classes at Kalamazoo College. During his teenage years he developed a love of the outdoors by spending his summer months at Camp Keewaydin in Canada. Later, he and Jane enjoyed visiting National Parks. He spent his adult working years working on the floor of the Pacific Stock Exchange in San Francisco where he met his wife.

They returned back to their roots in the Midwest where they renovated Jane’s childhood lake cabin. They enjoyed many long years on the water.

Chris is survived by his immediate siblings Justine Noonan, John Brewer, Thomas Brewer, and Ronald Brewer.
