Gregory K Link

Gregory Keith Link 71 of Chesterton, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023. He was born October 14, 1951 in Valparaiso to C. Herbert   and Alma Jeanne (James) Link. On August 16, 1969 at Liberty Bible Church, he married Nancy Jane Chelf who survives. Also surviving are his children Laurie (Tony) Politano of Valparaiso and Travis (Lori) Link of Chesterton; three grandchildren Brandon, Hannah, and Kayley; his sister Jamie Smoker of Chesterton and his brother Herbert  A. (Joyce) Link also of Chesterton. Greg was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Gary, and his brother-in-law Ron Smoker. Greg worked for many years at Continental Can and later at Westville Schools. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 29th at Liberty Bible Church in Chesterton.  Pastor Kevin Earhart will officiate. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4-7 PM at Bartholomew Funeral Home in Valparaiso and Friday at the church, from 10:00 AM until the time of services. Burial will be in Chesterton Cemetery with a luncheon to follow at Liberty Bible Church. Memorial contributions can be made to the Liberty Bible Church Benevolent Fund in memory of Greg.
