JoAnn Louise Davis

JoAnn Louise Davis, 83 of Michigan City, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021. She was born March 31, 1938 in Gary, Indiana to Clifford and Ruby (Sommerfeldt) Schell. JoAnn is survived by her children; Richard Earl (Diana) Davis, Gary Lee (Julie) Davis, Lori Ann (Gerald) Brunner and Karen Jo (Larry dec.) Sheets, two sisters Karolyn June Christman and Emily Ruby Jones, and many grand and great grandchildren including: Joshua (Deborah) Davis, Anthony Earl Davis, Lee (Tina) Davis, Danyelle Davis, Bradley Ray Sheets, David (Cassandra) Sheets, Larry Sheets, Tiffany (Matthew) Pullara, and Michael (Kayla) Brunner. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Clifford Schell. JoAnn worked as a mill wright for many years. Visitation will be Wednesday Oct. 20, 2021 from 5pm-8pm at Bartholomew Funeral Home in Valparaiso. A private family burial will take place the following day.
