JoAnn E. Henze, 74 of Valparaiso, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023. She was born September 15, 1948 in Rensselaer, the daughter of Melvin F. and Margaret (Miller) Lawson. JoAnn was in Quality Control at UGIMAG. She loved to socialize with phone calls, chit- chatting and any form of conversation. She also liked shopping on QVC and spending time with Molly her dog. Surviving are her children, Daniel (Claudia) Henze of AZ, Ronda (Dale) Gorby of Valparaiso, Heinz (Dawn) Henze of Porter and Heidi (Robert) McCall of Valparaiso, 6 grandchildren and a brother Donald (Roxanne) Heath of FL. Services will be announced at a later date. Memorial Donations may be made to Lakeshore Paws.
