Joshua David Rogers

Joshua David Rogers of LaCrosse, Indiana Born on November 18, 1984 in Valparaiso, Indiana. Passed away November 15, 2021. Joshua was the 1st born child of David and Renae Rogers of LaCrosse, Indiana. Brother to Amanda Rogers (Tony Falicetti) of Knox, Indiana, Brother to Eric (Victoria) Rogers of LaCrosse, Indiana, Uncle to Dominic and Kenzie Rogers. Josh comes from 2 huge families, there are too many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family to mention each by name, but he loved them all. In 2004 he graduated from Valparaiso High School and went straight into working at Wal-Mart, Kohl’s and Strack & VanTil. He then moved onto work at Howmet Aerospace in LaPorte, Indiana. Josh had many interests and was an avid collector of anything Lego, Star Wars, Pokémon, super hero and Comic Books. Josh loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed going to the movies, playing video and board games. You could often find him eating at a Buffet or playing DD (Dungeons and Dragons). Joshua was fun to be around. A real jokester. He often received great pleasure in teasing people. Joshua will be missed by many but we know he is with Jesus in Heaven. Joshua will be cremated by Bartholomew Funeral Home in Valparaiso, IN. A Celebration of Joshua’s life will be held at Life Bridge Church, 1705 LaPorte Ave. in Valparaiso on Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021 with a service at 5 pm with a potluck dinner to follow.
