Mary H. (Selsor) Gielow

Mary H. Gielow, 72 of Winamac, passed away, Monday, August 27, 2018 at the Golden Living Center in Knox. She was born August 27, 1946 in Gary, the daughter of Del and Edna (Galbart) Selsor. Mary was a bookkeeper at Valparaiso University and enjoyed doing arts and crafts. Surviving are her children, Tammy Tschida of Portage and Tom (Leanna) Gielow of Winamac, 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings, Roberta (John) Rose of Chesterton, Steve (Kathy) Frailey of Florida, Paula (Steve) Lundberg, Greg Frailey, Debbie (Mike) O’Mera and Bill (Glenna) Selsor all of Valparaiso and Clyde (Marcy) Selsor of Portage. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Gielow, her daughter Judie Buckley and her parents. Funeral services will be on Friday, August 31st at 11:00 AM at Bartholomew Funeral Home, 102 Monroe St. in Valparaiso. Pastor Michael Eddy will officiate. Visitation will be 4-7 PM at the funeral home on Thursday. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Valparaiso.
