Sandra Jean Sizemore

Sandra Jean Sizemore, 57 of Valparaiso, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021. She was born February 3, 1964 in Chicago. Sandra was an accountant with Wilson Iron for 3 years. On August 6, 1983 in Chicago, she married the love of her life Charles Sizemore, who survives in Valparaiso. They were married for 38 years. Also surviving are her children, Gina (Matthew) Ferguson of Valparaiso and Charles (Chooch) Sizemore of St. Jacob, Illinois, 4 grandchildren, Juliana and Jacob Ferguson and Brayden and Owen Sizemore, seven brothers and five sisters and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Dolores Jaroch. Sandra was a member of the Indiana School for the Blind and St. Jude Cancer Research. She enjoyed spending time with her kids, her dogs (Harley and Precious) and her grandkids. She also enjoyed the pool and dancing. She had a heart of “GOLD”. She was a true fighter, our Hero and her family was her world. Visitation will be held Saturday, May 15, 2021, 11am to 2 PM at Bartholomew Funeral Home, 102 Monroe St, Valparaiso, with A Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 PM, Pastor Joseph Mollet officiating. After a luncheon will be held for family and friends at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 805 Elm Street, Valparaiso. Any Donations made to the family will be giving to the Indiana School for the Blind.
