Vivian Arlene (Hibbets) Breen

Vivian Arlene Breen 94, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, October 6, 2023.  She was born February 22, 1929 in Valparaiso, Indiana to Harley and Helen (Johnson) Hibbets. On October 24, 1953, she married Ray Breen who passed away July 18, 1996. Vivian is survived by her daughter Valerie (Doug) Ahr of Fort Wayne and her son Tim Breen of Monon, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Valparaiso. In addition to being a homemaker, Vivian worked at Valparaiso High School in the cafeteria from which she retired. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 11th at Bartholomew Funeral Home, 102 Monroe St. in Valparaiso. Pastor Casey Kegley will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can e made to Park Place Memory Care, 4411 Park Place Dr., Fort Wayne, IN  46845.
